Ken was Visiting Professor at James Cook University of Northern Queensland in 1997, with its dual campus in Townsville and Cairns. He also enjoyed a year teaching at Bond University, Queensland, in the 1994-95 academic year. It is therefore no wonder that he has an attachment to those areas of Australia. In the 1985-86 academic year Ken also made a significant contribution as Connought Fellow in the Legal Theory and Public Policy Program, University of Toronto.

Any country investigating Personal Injury Protection Plans (PIPPs), commonly referred to as no-fault insurance, could draw on Ken's experience as Chair of the Saskatchewan PPIP Review Committee. He also has undoubted commitment to the fair and right compensation for women in relation to personal injury. His analysis of the multitude of considerations relating to this could assist re-assessment of laws in this field anywhere in the world. Similarly, Ken's many contributions in Canada and Australia concerning reparations for Aboriginal Peoples allow him to offer valuable perspectives to conferences on these matters. His recent publication,"Constitutional Damages Worldwide", can also provide a starting point for continuing discussion in this area of law.

Conference Contributions
Throughout his career, Ken has given papers, led seminars, and joined panels at conferences. Venues in Canada have included Halifax, London, Winnipeg and Vancouver. Cambridge, England, and various locations in Australia and South Africa have also all benifited from his input. His most recent contribution will have been in Singapore in June 2013.

Colleges of Law and government authorities worldwide should be aware that Ken remains keen to make a contribution to developments in thought covering the areas of his professional expertise.

Visiting Professorships
Staff and students from various Law schools in other parts of the world may recall that Ken was a temporary colleague and professor with them.
